Our aim is to provide our business customers with an excellent experience, from booking a training programme to post-training feedback and all stages in between.

We have a dedicated customer service team based at our Chiswick offices who are happy to help customers and act as a help point to make sure things run smoothly and effectively. In this area, you can book a course online and complete a post on-road course feedback form. Whilst we hope you don't have cause to use it, we also have an online complaint procedure that allows you to register and detail a complaint, allowing us to act to rectify the situation or contact you to resolve any issue you or one of your driver trained or training employees may have. Q. How do I book a course online?

Q. How do I reschedule a course?
A. If you need to reschedule a booked course this can be done, by calling IAM Drive & Survive customer services on 0845 310 8311 (Please note that rescheduling a course could incur a fee – please refer your terms and conditions).

Q. What do I need to do prior to attending an on-road course?
A. Before attending an on-road course, you will need your full driving licence, any suitable eyewear required for driving, a road worthy vehicle showing a valid tax disc and MOT, a full tank of fuel and a certificate of insurance. (If you’re using your own personal vehicle, this must be insured for business purposes)

Q. Who do I contact to cancel a course?
A. If you need to cancel a booked course this can be done, by calling IAM Drive & Survive customer services on 0845 310 8311 (Please note that cancelling a course could incur a fee – please refer your terms and conditions)

Q. What should I do if a trainer is late for a scheduled training appointment? 
A. If you find that your trainer is late for a scheduled training appointment, please call IAM Drive & Survive customer services on 0845 310 8311, we will then contact the trainer to source his location and in turn provide you with the trainers ETA.

Q. What should I do if I am late for a on-road course? 
A. If you are running late for a course please contact IAM Drive & Survive customer services on 0845 310 8311, we will then contact the trainer detailing your ETA.

Q. How can I provide feedback?
A. You can provide feedback of your attended course by clicking HERE.

Q. How do I become an IAM advanced driver (or rider)?
The IAM is the leading independent road safety charity in the UK, and offers the opportunity for private individuals to take and pass the Advanced Driving Test (for cars or bikes).

More can be found on this site in our Charity area for individuals who wish to find out more about our 'Skill for Life' programmes. There are significant safety benefits, but there are also substantial benefits to IAM membership, such as reduced premiums private car insurance, and other motoring related discounts and offers.
