IAM Drive & Survive's Assessor Courses are designed to enable assessors and supervisors (who themselves have already undergone Advanced Driver Training) to identify areas of strong and weak driving performance in other drivers.

It equips them with the tools necessary to make the most appropriate judgments and employ the safest driving practices in all situations. Using these skills, delegates are able to identify and implement strategies that will assist other drivers to drive more safely.

It enables delegates to recognise the need for individual training in their drivers and be able to support this with evidence either written or otherwise to present to management.
